With two decades of experience in personal and professional development training for the emerging workforce, Liz now equips leaders in all seasons of life to advance their team culture and performance. She is passionate about helping individuals optimize their natural leadership voice and developing purpose-driven organizations to reach their maximum effectiveness.

Liz is the founder of Highline Leadership Development Group, and professor of Training and Development at Olivet Nazarene University. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration, with a concentration in Strategic Leadership. She is also a Certified Guide through GiANT Worldwide, a global leader development company focused on being and developing leaders worth following.

Liz is a native of Long Island, NY, and now resides with her husband and two sons in the Chicagoland area.
